refunds. You might be able to exchange the card with another one of the

the rate that we state on our web site due to the change from the card's
vendor's side. If an automatic message says different amount of minutes
from what we show on our web site, please hang up immediately and contact
us. Continuing use of the card at this points means that you agree to use
the card with the said amount of time/charge. In this case, we cannot
exchange the card for you.
